About Us
During the activation of multiple
telecommunication services for our clients, we observed trends and
static variables that helped us formulate a business model conducive
to not only what companies presently needed, but one that would help
determine their future needs as well. We decided it was a
pro-active support and representation system that would serve our
clients’ best interests, and over the years, it has benefited them
in many ways.
The two most
important aspects of our business model are saving our clients time,
and saving them money; so we first began defining our role as an
agent by monitoring the manner in which providers invoice and
service their customers. During that process, we arranged a
methodology for checks and balances which would give our clients
realistic expectations that they could rely on.
Second, our
experience with corporate wireless accounts has educated our team in
analyzing each step of the providers’ systems processes; therefore,
allowing us to make those systems truly work in your favor,
ultimately remaining one step ahead.
Last, but certainly not least, we
take ownership in managing our accounts. As a small business
ourselves, we understand that you can’t always see the ever-changing
variables of your company.
It is with that same humility, that
we ask you to allow DSG to serve as an adjunct to your
existing IT/Administrative departments in order to cut
